PRIDE Party Wait List Form

Please fill out this form if you would like the opportunity to attend the PRIDE Party on Saturday at Twin Steeples in Ponchatoula from 5pm - 8pm. If you have a group, every individual who would like to be added to the wait list needs to fill out the form. For those with children, please fill out the form for each child using their name (you can use your contact info in the email and phone fields). Not everyone will get a ticket, but we are doing our best to ensure that no tickets go to waste. It’s first come, first serve.
