Queer Northshore goes to RISE Haunted House

It's spooky season, y'all! Join us Sunday, Oct 15th, at RISE Haunted House in Tickfaw.

We will be meeting at 7:15pm at the picnic tables in front of the concession stand. The ticket booth opens at 7:00pm or you can save time and order your tickets in advance through https://risehauntedhouse.com/ Prices vary per attraction and are discounted through Friday, Sept 22nd. We will not be purchasing the fast past options as a group, but you are welcome to do so if you would like to enter on your own.

You can join the QNS Members event on Facebook here.

There are three attractions and we imagine not everyone will want to do all three. We will do our best to coordinate in the comments who is interested in which event(s) so we can enter each as a group. We will also be organizing carpool info in the comments for those who are interested.

More info on the various frightening attractions (Haunted House, Haunted Asylum, and Haunted Hayride): https://risehauntedhouse.com/attractions/

Accessibility:

If you struggle with sensory issues these attractions may overwhelm you. There are crowds, strobe lighting effects, and lots of screaming and loud noises. People may touch you in the asylum. Please bring noise canceling devices and/or sunglasses if needed. There are picnic tables for rest if necessary.

Strobe lighting effects may be dangerous for those with epilepsy.

This event is not wheelchair accessible and may be a struggle for those with mobility issues.

Please do not assault haunt actors because you are scared (more common than you would think).

This event is child friendly as long as your child can handle spooky stuff.
